Joining the Avanti team in 2017, Lena has over 17 years of experience in the industry. A Georgia native, she studied cosmetology here in North Carolina at the Asheboro School of Cosmetology, graduating in 1999. She enjoys getting to know each client in order to create custom color and style options, achieve their everyday hair goals, and bring out beauty in every possible way. Communication is key! Whether it’s soft and luxurious or bold with an edge, she enjoys all facets of hair design. She keeps her skills sharp by regularly attending continuing education, with training from GOLDWELL, KMS, Moroccan Oil, and Hattori Hanzo, just to name a few. An appreciation for beauty, along with a passion to create keeps her driving forward in an ever-evolving industry.
