That's generally why you are in the spa. Enjoy the benefits of spa services and allow yourself to rest, relax and unwind.

Arrive Early

We ask that our guests arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled appointment(s) – especially if they are first time clients of our spa and need to fill out intake forms. Clients under the age of 18 will need a guardian's signature on the intake form. We encourage our clients to give themselves ample time to transition into relaxation mode. Come early to enjoy a cup of hot tea or coffee, or a glass of wine or water while you listen to the tranquil spa music.

Service Restrictions

Restrictions for spa treatments include, but are not limited to: pregnancy, infectious skin disease, recent surgery, high blood pressure, excessive or daily medication, epilepsy, and asthma. If you have a medical condition, it is imperative that you receive permission from your physician before booking ANY appointment at our spa. Then, please inform Avanti when booking your appointment, primarily to update your client profile.

Don't Come to the Spa Sick

Unfortunately, if you think you are getting a cold, getting sick or you are sick, a massage will only make you worse. This is especially true during flu season. Coming in when you are sick exposes our therapist and other clients to any illness you have. If clients are sick we ask that they reschedule their appointments.

Jewelry

We ask that you remove any jewelry before receiving your treatments. Each treatment room has a locker for you to store your things during your session. Avanti is not responsible for any lost accessories.

It's Ok to Talk – Softly

Some guests enjoy chatting during their treatments. This is fine, as long as they know to use their "spa voice" and to respect other guests.

Speak Up

By all means, speak up and ask questions. This is your time to relax, and it never hurts to be fully educated about your treatment beforehand, during, or afterwards.

Right of Refusal

Avanti reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct or language. Such actions during a service will result in the termination and full payment of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

Cancellation Policies

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you. We ask that clients cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Our therapists' time is important, and this gives us time to re-book another client if possible.

Make Up Applications

Our make up artists keep up with the latest trends in make up and skin care. Feel free to bring in a photo of a "look" or trend you want to try. If you are coming to the spa for a special occasion, it is a good idea to come with a freshly washed face.
